The Constellation cru varies its blend from year to year. Each vintage is magnified by the hand of a Swiss artist. The illustration for this Constellation is by Pierre-Alain Münger, a Swiss sculptor with a worldwide reputation for deforming matter. The vintage was entrusted to him by a jury presided over by Umberto Tozzi, a leading figure in Italian music.
Carefully controlled maceration for 28 days, followed by 20 months' ageing, mostly in new barrels. Barrels are selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil.

Well-balanced and elegant on the palate, with a beautiful structure wrapped in velvety, enveloping tannins, a persistent finish with a beautiful freshness.
