Our Brut sparkling wine has a 75 cl capacity, thicker and more resistant than the bottles of other wines, so that it can withstand a gas pressure of six atmospheres. Czar Alexander II of Russia, who feared for his life, required this type of bottle to easily check that no bombs were hidden in the bottom of the bottle.
The Chardonnay bunches are harvested very early, in conditions that guarantee both powerful structure and ripeness, without crushing or destemming, and with a rigorous selection of the first press juices. Our Brut is made using the closed vat method, to retain as much of the freshness of the Chardonnay aromas as possible.
