Virgin Pink Hugo revisits the classics 🍹

Lent is a time of simplicity and moderation, but that doesn't mean giving up the pleasures of a good cocktail! With our Bolero Rosé alcohol-free, enjoy an elegant, refreshing and festive drink, ideal for a light aperitif with friends or family.

✨ Ingredients (for 4 glasses)

• 40 cl of Bolero Rosé (non-alcoholic rosé wine)
• 20 cl sparkling water
• 12 cl blood orange juice (or classic orange juice)
• 4 cl elderflower syrup (or grenadine syrup for a sweeter touch)
• Ice cubes
• 4 orange or grapefruit slices for decoration
• A few basil or mint leaves (optional)

🍾 Preparation

1. Fill in 4 tall glasses with ice cubes.
2. Pour 10 cl Boléro Rosé, 3 cl blood orange juice and 1 cl elderflower syrup in each glass.
3. Add 5 cl sparkling water per glass for a touch of freshness and effervescence.
4. Stir gentlyGarnish with a slice of orange and a few basil or mint leaves.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy this light, refined cocktail, the perfect sober accompaniment to your aperitifs.
