The present conditions apply to the sale of products by Château Constellation SA on its Internet store. They are made available to the buyer on the home page of the Château Constellation website. For an Internet user, confirming an order on the Château Constellation SA website (by clicking on the "validate" button) implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) in their entirety.

Protection of minors
In accordance with article Art. 13614 CP, which stipulates that the sale of alcoholic beverages or other substances in quantities likely to endanger health is forbidden to minors under the age of sixteen (16), the purchaser undertakes, by completing the order form, to have reached the age of sixteen on the date of the order.

The prices shown in the online store are in Swiss francs, including VAT, excluding shipping costs, ex-cellar.

Price validity
Subject to changes in assortment, prices, exchange rates or conditions. Discounts and promotions are not cumulative.
The current price cancels and replaces all previous prices. Information on vintages is available from our customer service department on 027 324 43 24, or from our website www.chateauconstellation.ch. It is non-binding in the event of price changes or stock shortages.
Shipping costs, delivery method and delivery time
For delivery free domicile in Switzerland only (incl. VAT): 1-4 bottles: CHF 12.-.
1 carton (6 bottles) : CHF 14.50
2 cartons (12 bottles) and more: CHF 20.00
Free domicile. Free transport is granted for orders with a minimum value of CHF 300.00 excluding VAT. Below this value, a contribution to transport costs of CHF 20.- will be invoiced.
Delivery method and time
The delivery period begins upon verification of the customer data by Château Constellation SA in the case of delivery without prior payment, and upon receipt of payment or bank authorization in the case of delivery with prior payment (online credit card). We make home deliveries of wine throughout Switzerland within 4 working days of the date of the order on our e-shop, subject to availability of the products ordered. If delivery is refused, 50% of the total invoice remains payable.

Payment
Payment for goods must be made in full when the order is placed, either by credit card (secure online payment) such as Visa, MasterCard or PostFinance.
Credit card transaction security
The credit card payment module in our e-shop is protected by a secure 128-bit SSL connection. Your data transmitted through our shop are thus protected. This protection complies with the legal provisions currently in force in Switzerland. You can therefore make your purchases in complete security and confidence.
Right of withdrawal
In all cases, the customer must inform the sales department in writing (telephone, e-mail, fax, letter) of his decision before returning the goods. By way of exception, these provisions do not apply to orders for products that have been customized or specifically requested by the customer at the time of ordering (special formats, customized packaging, etc.).
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Valais shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to sales concluded under these terms and conditions, subject to possible appeal to the Federal Court.
