The Constellation cru varies its blend from year to year. Each vintage is magnified by the hand of a Swiss artist. The illustration of this Constellation is by Simon Berger, a Swiss glass artist known worldwide for his glass paintings. The vintage was entrusted to him by a jury chaired by Gérard Jugnot, an icon of French cinema.
Carefully controlled maceration for 33 days, followed by 20 months' ageing, mostly in new barrels selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil.
