The Constellation vintage varies its blend from year to year. Each vintage is enhanced by the hand of a Swiss artist. The label of this Constellation is signed by Anouchka Perez, a Swiss sculptor internationally recognized for her work transforming materials. For this creation, she drew directly from the universe of Château Constellation, working with an oak barrel from the estate’s cellar, imbued with time, wine, and expertise. Deconstructed and then reassembled, the staves form a rhythmic work evoking an abstract landscape and celestial cartography, where the word CONSTELLATION emerges from the material.
A low-temperature fermentation, up to 26°C, with indigenous yeasts, followed by a 30-day tannin extraction using the patented Ganimede system. After 9 months in vat with secondary fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months in new barrels, selected according to the characteristics of each grape varietal. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Consulting Firm.

The first nose shows beautiful intensity with dark forest fruits, blackberry and blackcurrant enhanced by notes of candied prune. Toasted coffee notes add complexity and a subtly spicy dimension to the whole.
The tannic structure is of very high quality, with present but silky tannins that give the wine a beautiful backbone. The balance is there, between power and elegance.
