The illustration for this Constellation is by Willy Richard, a Swiss F1 artist, photographer, architect, cartoonist and organizer of the Gollion Grand Prix. The vintage was entrusted to him by a jury presided over by Alain Delon, an emblematic man of the cinema, known from France to Japan.
A meticulously controlled maceration lasting 26 days, followed by 21 months' ageing, mostly in new barrels selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil.
Contains sulfites
Ample bouquet characterized by notes of plum, tangerine zest, with hints of spice and fresh leather.
Aromas of Morello cherry, subtle notes of spices and toasted oak, supported by firm tannins.
Intense red with purplish-black highlights
