Our "Fine Grappe" eau-de-vie draws its origin and character from Merlot pomace, selected from our best vintages of this noble grape variety.
Fine, precise distillation to reveal all the characteristic aromas of the Merlot pomace. Aged in oak barrels for 10 years.
Contains sulfites
Characteristic, complex aromas with notes of ripe fruit, vanilla and oak.
