Brut rosé

Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in central Valais, the first cuvée of this traditional vintage method was made with grapes harvested in 2014.

Winemaking

Harvested under conditions that guarantee both powerful structure and ripeness. Slow, gentle pressing and slow fermentation in closed tanks give this Brut rosé all its delicacy.
