Arabesque is the second red wine in our Constellation, made with a variety of grape varieties from the Rhône Valley and Bordeaux.
Slow maceration over 5 weeks gently extracts tannins and color, and gives structure to our Arabesque. An 18-month ageing in 400-liter barrels (50% new, 50% second passage), during which the second fermentation takes place, concludes the elaboration of our specialty.

The intense bouquet of red fruits is characterized by notes of cocoa and spices, mingled with a hint of vanilla that is as elegant as it is discreet.
This rich, voluminous wine develops spicy aromas and magnificent, melted tannins that gain in nobility and complexity over time. The very long finish hints at woody, cocoa notes born of meticulous ageing.
