Our blend of several red grape varieties is a creation of Château Constellation. It has been specially thought out and vinified to meet the tastes of our time, with our Rhone Valley roots.
The slow 4-week maceration process gently extracts color and tannins to enhance the structure of our blend. An ageing period of several months in vats, during which the second fermentation takes place, concludes the elaboration of this specialty.

Appealing aromas of blueberries and blackberries, subtle hints of white pepper
Perfect harmony between the fruity flavours of wild berries and a touch of spice, refreshing notes of eucalyptus, supple, enveloping texture.
