Our vat-aged blend of several Boréal white grape varieties is a creation of Château Constellation. It has been specially thought out and vinified to meet the tastes of our time, with our roots in the early Rhône Valley.
Slow, gentle pressing, an initial 8-week low-temperature fermentation, and several months' ageing in vats, during which malolactic fermentation takes place, guarantee maximum roundness, while preserving the finesse and freshness of the aromas.
