The illustration for this Constellation is by Nicolas Imhof, a digital painter from Valais. Over the years, he has painted special effects for several films in Holywood and created worlds for films such as "Harry Potter", "Batman & Robin", "Babe II" and "Scooby-Doo", and remains the only person to have transformed digital art into works of art.
Meticulous, controlled maceration for 35 days, followed by 17 months' ageing in new barrels selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil.
Full-bodied bouquet characterized by notes of chocolate, leather, wild berries with hints of spice.
Aromas of candied black berries, subtle notes of spices and toasted oak are supported by smooth tannins.
Intense red with purple-black highlights
