The Constellation is illustrated by Sergio Marfil, a Swiss artist who has designed ultra-luxury watches for actors, F1 pilots and world leaders. The vintage was entrusted to him by a jury presided over by Gérard Depardieu, one of France's most famous movie stars.
A meticulously controlled 32-day maceration, followed by 18 months' ageing, mainly in new barrels selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil.
Ample bouquet characterized by notes of tobacco, fresh leather, black fruit, licorice with hints of spice and roasting.
