The illustration for this Constellation is by Sergio Marfil, a Swiss artist who has designed extremely luxurious watches for actors, F1 drivers, and heads of state.
A meticulously controlled 32-day maceration, followed by 18 months' ageing, mainly in new barrels selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Our Constellation was vinified by Michel Rolland's Cabinet Conseil.

Ample bouquet characterized by notes of tobacco, fresh leather, black fruit, licorice with hints of spice and roasting.
Aromas of black plum, subtle notes of spice and toasted oak, supported by silky tannins Fresh, harmonious finish
