Our Brut Rosé sparkling wine has a 75 cl capacity, thicker and more resistant than the bottles of other wines, so that it can withstand a gas pressure of six atmospheres. Czar Alexander II of Russia, who feared for his life, required this type of bottle to easily check that no bomb was hidden in the bottom of the bottle.
Harvested under ideal ripening conditions to guarantee structure and elegance, the bunches of our Pinot Noir are pressed without crushing or destemming. Rigorous selection of the first press juices. Our Rosé sparkling wine is made using the closed-tank method, to retain as much of the freshness of Pinot Noir's aromas as possible.
