Our "Fine Grappe" eau-de-vie draws its origin and character from Merlot pomace, selected from our best vintages of this noble grape variety.

This first step is essential to the qualitative approach that drives us throughout its development.

Fine, precise, masterful distillation reveals all its characteristic aromas.

It is then aged in oak barrels for 5 years, giving it a beautiful color and all its gustatory qualities. Structure, roundness and a long finish are the hallmarks of this eau-de-vie.

With 40 % alcohol by volume, it's the perfect accompaniment to desserts and coffees.
