A gastronomic marvel, our balsamic vinegar is produced in accordance with our values of excellence and tradition. Made from grapes harvested in the Valais region, it undergoes a meticulous production process to concentrate its aromas to the maximum: two-thirds of the must is evaporated. The vinegar mother comes from Modena, a reference in this emblematic region.

Slow, natural alcoholic fermentation, without the addition of aromatic substances, combined with acetification in oak barrels for eight years, has produced our incomparably rich Balsamic.

Few wineries in Switzerland produce this prestigious product, which is why we are proud to offer it to our customers. We are convinced that this balsamic vinegar will add an exceptional touch to all your culinary creations.
