🍏 Petite Arvine - Pure elegance
The queen of the Valais. A native white grape variety par excellence Petite Arvine seduces with its freshness, salinity on the finish and citrus aromas (grapefruit, rhubarb, preserved lemon). It expresses itself fully on our schistose soils and benefits from our dry, sunny climate.
Ideal as an aperitif, it also enhances fish, cheese or a revisited raclette.
🍒 Cornalin - The deep red of the Valais
Powerful, distinguished Cornalin is one of the oldest red grape varieties in Valais. For a long time, it was considered difficult to grow, but when it's worked well, it produces deep, spicy wines with notes of black cherry, plum and liveliness.
To be enjoyed with red meat, hunting dishes or simply among enthusiasts.
🌿 Humagne Rouge - The tamed savage
Rustic, earthy, almost untamable: theHumagne Rouge is a wine of emotion. Long associated with hunting meals, it reveals fine tannins, a certain rusticity and aromas of undergrowth, pepper and leather.
It appeals to lovers of wines with character, and goes perfectly with mountain cuisine.
🌼 Heida - The gold of high-altitude vineyards
Also known as Pagan, l'Heida is a white grape variety grown in Europe's highest vineyards. It produces rich, floral, sometimes honeyed wines with good acidity. A solar wine raised by the summits.
A perfect accompaniment to exotic dishes, hard cheeses or saffron risotto.
🍓 Rosé and effervescence - The festive touch
And let's not forget the rosés or the effervescent of Valais, like our Brut Roséthat combine freshness, fruit and elegance. All in a spirit of conviviality.
